Ingredients
  

For the Dough:

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup warm water 110°F
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional

For the Toppings:

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices bacon
  • ½ cup ranch dressing homemade or store-bought
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced (optional)
  • A handful of fresh cilantro optional
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Crushed red pepper flakes optional

For the Homemade Ranch Dressing (optional):

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough:

  • Combine warm water and sugar in a bowl. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Place it in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1–1.5 hours until doubled in size.

Cook the Chicken and Bacon:

  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Dice into bite-sized pieces.
  • Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble into pieces.

Make the Ranch Dressing (Optional):

  • Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  • Preheat Oven:
  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).

Shape the Dough:

  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Place on a pizza stone or baking sheet and brush the edges with olive oil.
  • Assemble the Pizza:
  • Spread ranch dressing over the dough. Top with chicken, bacon, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. Optionally, add red onions.

Bake:

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • Garnish & Serve:
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro (optional). Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Storage: Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
