Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Slice the chicken breasts or thighs into thin, even strips.
Thinly slice the bell peppers and onion into similar-sized strips for even cooking.
Step 2: Season the Chicken & Veggies
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion.
Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle the fajita seasoning blend over the top.
Toss well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
Step 3: Preheat & Cook in the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Place the seasoned chicken and vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket. (Cook in batches if necessary.)
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is fully cooked (165°F internal temperature) and slightly charred.

Step 5: Assemble & Serve
Fill each tortilla with the chicken and vegetable mixture.
Add your favorite toppings, such as fresh cilantro, a squeeze of lime, sour cream, shredded cheese, guacamole, or salsa.
